We understand that some questions may not apply, so please fill out as much as possible, as doing so could help us to narrow our focus and provide you with the best creative solutions possible.

Please provide a short summary on your organization and/or event and what you provide:

What time frame would you like the project to launch? (This question is simply a time estimate and actual dates can vary based upon client feedback, holiday conflicts, etc.)

Is this project to be billed by the hour, or is there a specified budget in place?

What are the main objectives for this project? Please prioritize and list no more than 3.

Is there any pertinent information from previous projects that might be helpful in the development of this project?

Who is your audience or demographic?

What benefit can your organization provide these customers that they can’t obtain elsewhere?

If the audience could come away with one thought about your organization, what would it be?

Who is your primary competitor?

What keywords best describe your brand (i.e. dependable, established, unique, traditional, innovative, etc.)?

Are there any existing visual assets (i.e. photos, locations, architecture, etc.) that Torch should consider that might pertain to this project?

Please provide Torch with any and all verbiage that pertains to the project. (i.e. name, title, dates, locations, presented by, etc.)

What is your preferred hierarchy of messaging within this project?

Is there an established color palette already in place? If so, please provide PMS color breakouts.

Does this project require the inclusion of existing logos to be incorporated into the project? If so, please provide Vector EPS files as soon as available. Files that will not be acceptable include: jpeg, tiff, png, or the same file formats “re-saved” as EPS files.

Please provide at least two sample references of other companies that you feel have created a visually impactful mark(s) and how you feel those marks benefits their brand image.

Is there a desired tonality expected in final version of the project (i.e. whimsical, formal, contemporary, retro, etc.), or is the thematic up to Torch Creative?
